Tribute to Karl King

Join the Central Iowa Wind Ensemble and guest conductor, Jerrold Jimmerson, as we pay tribute to Iowa bandmaster and composer, Karl King.

A varied program of band music featuring: several pieces by John Williams; a tuba concerto with 2014 solo contest winner, Sam Michels; and members of the Nevada High School band to perform with the group on the concert finale.
