The Central Iowa Wind Ensemble brings you its season finale concert with a tribute to American composers and a centennial celebration of one of the best of them, Leonard Bernstein. Â We also welcome this year’s winner of the Aimee Krug Memorial Student Solo Competition, Maya Miller, senior flutist from Roosevelt High School, to perform her solo with the ensemble.
This family friendly event will be held in the historic and beautiful Scottish Rite Consistory Auditorium (519 Park Street, Des Moines). We hope to see you there!
